ATTENTION MARION COUNTY BUSINESSES:  On May 11th Governor Kelly announced additional Community Development Block Grant funding through the CDBG-CV program.  This program provides grants to communities to assist with job retention for low-to-moderate income employees. It is also for supplementing meal programs that provide access to nutritious foods during the COVID-19 crisis.

Marion County has been approved to receive $167,000 in grant funds to assist qualifying local businesses that have been affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic.  We are in the process of establishing the procedure for applying and administering this grant.  More information will be forthcoming.
